| Diet Manager is offered to you by your health professional, hospital, fitness club, or organizations through licensing. You may either cancel your membership at the "My Account" page or notify your health provider or organization. If you paid fees to your organization, your group's refund policy will apply. If you have any questions regarding membership services, please contact your health professional or group administrator. You may also contact us at support@nutriinfo.com at any time. |

You can cancel your membership at any anytime. You have two ways to cancel your membership, either online or via email. If you choose the online method, simply login and go to "My Account" page. Click on “click here” button at the “Membership Cancellation” section and follow the instructions. If you choose the email method, email us at support@nutriinfo.com
You may cancel the services at any time. We do not, however, refund amount for the rest of the month for your subscription plan (Diet Manager Basic, Premium, or Platinum plan). Please be sure to cancel your automatic payment option at your PayPal account after you cancel the membership so that you won't be charged again. You can still enjoy our limited diet services (use of community section & receiving health newsletter) as a guest member after your cancellation. If you would like to go to PayPal, please click here
