Cancellation / Refund
You can cancel your membership at the “My Account” page. You have two ways to cancel your membership, either online or via email. If you choose the online method, simply click on “click here” button at the “Membership Cancellation” section and follow the instructions. If you choose the email method, email us at membership@nutriinfo.com

You may cancel the services at any time. We do not, however, refund amount for the rest of the month or subscription plan (1/3/6 month plan). If you’re a premium member on an auto-renewal monthly subscription plan, please be sure to cancel automatic payment option at your PayPal account after you cancel the membership. You can still enjoy our limited diet services as a guest member after your cancellation. If you would like to go to Paypal, please click here.

If you’re a guest member, your user ID and password will be completely deleted from our database. You need to sign up again to become a member. If you’re a group member and detached from your group, you can no longer access to the premium services.
